The 300mm aluminium cleat is for use in commercial and private marinas for boats up to around 40 feet.
380mm
The 380mm aluminium cleat is for larger vessels. The base has been given added width to spread the load over the pontoon surface. The columns and horns are heavily constructed to take the high wind loads exerted by larger vessels.
